In the event you are shipped the incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or broken, the Denver Mainliner will cover the return shipping as well as shipping to send out the replacement items

Yes, if you would like to exchange the item purchased for another size, color, style or different item, please follow the instructions listed above for returning merchandise.  We will happily exchange the item for you. 

If you are exchanging the item for different item, either a refund will be processed or you will be contacted for payment information if there is an amount due. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item, the Denver Mainliner will ship out the exchanged item at no cost to the customer.
