The FlightCrew 5 22” Rollaboard® is made of a high-density 1682D ballistic nylon with water, stain and abrasion-resistant DuraGuard® coating.  This carry-on features protective crash-guard wheel housings, corner guards, side feet and rubber skid guard which provide extra durability on high-wear points.  Built with superior screw construction, repair can be done easily with a standard screw driver if necessary.

The sealed ball-bearing inline skate wheels ensure the smoothest of rolls and long-lasting durability.  They are tested over rough terrain for 30 miles.  The ergonomic handle grip has been designed with a recessed push button which reduces accidental handle activation.  The lightweight aluminum extension handle has stops at 38”, 40” and 42.5” to ensure a comfortable roll for users of different heights.  An innovative Anti-Crush inner tube technology helps prevent denting when the back of the bag absorbs impact.

The main body features a #10 zipper opening along with SUPRA™ Zipper Heads engineered to resist damage from daily use and abuse.  An add-a-bag strap with aluminum J-Hook provides carrying options for additional totes and coolers.  Top, side and bottom carry handles allow luggage to be easily lifted into overhead bins or out of vehicles.

There are multiple front pockets which contain separate, padded laptop and tablet sleeves for easy access to electronics.  A reinforced, gusseted back pocket is ideal for extra storage and has been designed for long-term durability.

A featured interior provides intelligent packing flexibility.  The full length lid pocket zips open to keep pressed shirts and pants wrinkle free.  A convenient top mesh pocket is perfect for storage of accessories.  Adjustable hold down straps with Duraflex® anti-break buckles hold contents in place during transit.
